Programme
We give your team an interactive experience of the Insights model. In this half-day workshop, team members will:
- gain a general understanding of the fundamental principles behind the Insights model (theory)
- learn about the Insights colours and associated behavioural preferences, and assess their own profile and that of their colleagues.
The premise is that each person is unique and possesses qualities. This exercise demonstrates that individuals, teams and organizations can gain strength by recognizing and appreciating the differences between people.
All sessions are facilitated by an accredited Insights coach.

We suggest a unique venue in your area, tailored to your preferences and budget. You’re also free to make your own suggestions.
