Touché Top Activities: Excalibur - The Mystery
Excalibur is an escape game that makes clever use of Virtual Reality and lends itself perfectly to an unforgettable team-building moment. During this adventure, teams are immersed in a magical world, where they must obtain the hidden keys that give access to the legendary sword Excalibur. Which team can be the first to pull the sword out of the stone and crown itself king of team building?
This game requires colleagues to work together learning to think creatively. Solving puzzles, discovering hidden clues and finding strategies to achieve their goals, explain alternative ways of successful cooperation bare.
Communications is key, because the player in the virtual world can only succeed thanks to the help of colleagues and vice versa!

A fencing workshop is where it all started for us 15 years ago and still the showcase of "Touché"!
Under the guidance of an experienced fencing instructor, Ciratec employees were introduced to the basic techniques of this noble sport. Afterwards, they could let their hair down during a round of duelling!

There are plenty of games, exercises and challenges that improve the atmosphere and group dynamics in the workplace. We joined forces with experts on mental wellbeing and energy on the shop floor. Following their advice, we provided a balanced package that included essential soft skills be tightened:

The right event in the right location
Ciratec's management finally chose a prime location in the heart of Limburg. A unique site where culture, history and nature merge harmoniously. A good choice, as today's goal and activities fitted the picture perfectly! In between the activities, everyone enjoyed the fine catering: coffee, snacks and sandwiches... and with a cosy dinner as the ideal end to the day!
