Energy @ Work

Everyone’s workload seems extremely high these days, and we also have a lot going on in our personal lives. So how should you best combine professional success with personal well-being? In the Energy @ Work workshop, we give you practical tips for working towards achieving a good personal energy balance.

Programme

How do you give your energy levels a boost? And what feels draining? You will create a concrete action plan, based on your own energy compass, that leads to finding the right blend between professional success and personal well-being.

You also work in teams to create open channels of communication and a work environment that fosters a good team spirit where you all take responsibility for your own and each other’s energy balance. The ideal teambuilding activity!

This is a team-based workshop in which participants learn how to generate and maintain more energy, based on 5 energy dimensions: physical, mental, socio-emotional, environment and meaning. We learn how to manage stress levels and create more meaning, passion and enthusiasm on the workfloor, both short and long term. The workshop is very interactive and we provide a number of tips and tricks to gain an insight into what their effect can be for yourself as a person, as an employee and as a colleague within the company.
