Programme
The assignments are carried out in small groups under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team of highly trained coaches. They carefully note how everyone reacts and functions, and provide ample feedback moments.
The aim is for each participant to leave at the end with useful takeaways that they can put into practice straight away in their professional life – and beyond. We also pay attention to following up what happens after the session.

Team Improve can take place both outdoors and indoors, at a location of your choice. Don’t have your own space? We can always suggest a suitable venue in your area.
We offer options for half-day and full-day packages, possibly topped off with an experience such as VR Excalibur, Firewalking, Fencing or Axe throwing.
