In times of uncertainty and also uncertainty regarding your event or activity in the near future, we are happy to provide some additional information:
Is your team building or activity planned during the next few weeks then unfortunately it cannot take place. There is currently a ban on organising both small and large events. Cancelling due to force majeure can of course be done free of charge. Give us a call and we will discuss everything together to find a new date as soon as possible if you wish.
If your activity is not planned for several months, we ask you to wait and see how the situation evolves. Please note that in principle, precautionary cancellations in a period when the government does not prohibit events or activities (when there is no force majeure) cannot be made without a cancellation fee. Touché is flexible in this, given the crisis, and is not going to charge these fees or keep them to a minimum. We hope to find a new date together in this case. Most partner event venues think the same way. But please seek our advice before cancelling.
Wish to plan an event and request a quote anyway? You can. We expect to be able to bring groups together again from 1 July. If your event is cancelled due to government measures, you can count on a free cancellation.
