Team building and activities outside your bubble are allowed!

Despite the tightened security measures recently imposed by the government and still to be respected today it is allowed to organise guided activities and workshops (up to 50 people) and events (up to 400 people). So you can feel free to do activities together, outside the bubble of 5, and also have team-buildings. We will work with you to ensure that safety rules are respected so that everything goes smoothly and safely.

Moreover, team building events are 100% tax deductible and VAT on restaurant and catering services has been reduced to 6%!

What (safety) measures do we take during our activities:

• The number of participants per group and per facilitator will be limited in order to provide the necessary space for 'social distancing' and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations. Large groups are therefore best split up and spread over several sessions organised one after the other or simultaneously, each with their own facilitator.
• Our supervisors wear safety masks at all times and gloves if necessary. They adhere to the distance standard, hygiene regulations and monitor participants' compliance with these regulations during activities.
• We expect the participants that they wear a mouth mask if several bubbles participate and take their responsibility regarding hygiene regulations.
• We provide sufficient hand gel, disinfectant spray and optional mouth masks for participants.
• Activities are preferably organised outdoors and the material is decontaminated, if necessary, during the activity. The material is also disinfected after the activity.
• Each activity has its own customised programme, set-up and safety protocol which will be communicated to you in advance.
• A booking cancelled due to force majeure may cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. Read our cancellation condition.
