SALES & EVENT ASSISTANT

Job description

Touché Experience is a growing company specialising in organising team building events and group activities for companies and individuals. We are looking for an additional worker to join our dynamic team. As an event manager, you will support our sales department by preparing and following up offers and may also work in sales yourself. You will also take care of the planning and follow-up of the organisation of our events, from A to Z.

Working in the event business is seasonal: from March to October all hands are on deck, from November to February it is quieter.

You will work from the office in Diepenbeek but it is also possible to work partly from home.

Job requirements

You followed a course such as commercial administrative clerk or event & project management, or you feel equivalent through experience in the sector.

You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in this sector.

You totally see a job with variable workload.

If you also have skills as an animator, that is definitely an added value to get involved in quiet times as a supervisor during activities.

  • You speak English or/and French fluently

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our Sales Managers by
    • preparing and following up offers
    • managing the events calendar
    • organising and following up events, including liaising with animators, suppliers and venues
    • monitoring budgets, expenses and processing everything for invoicing
  • Maintaining the CRM
  • Handle customer enquiries both by phone and email
  • Working with our logistics and operations teams to ensure events run smoothly
